2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C., Canada (excluding Quebec) and Australia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
Begins April 4, 2026 at 9:00 p.m. PST and ends when all ninety-nine (99) Watch Collector Libraries are sold.
4. How to Enter
1) Each purchase of one or more Watch Collector’s Library during the Promotion Period is awarded one (1) entry to the giveaway per Library. Each Library = one (1) entry. No limit on purchases. Purchase of Library(s) does not improve odds of winning. All sales are final. Or: 2) Hand-write your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3×5 postcard and mail in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to: Melrose Watch Collective LLC, 2140 N. Hollywood Way #7341, Burbank, CA 91510. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/household. Must be postmarked during promotion period and no later than the date the promotion ends (when all Watch Collector Libraries are sold) and received by Sponsor no later than two (2) days after promotion ends.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive the featured watch (ARV ≈ $2,500).
2nd Place: One (1) winner will receive a Dassari Sailcloth FKM Hybrid Watch Strap with Deployant Clasp (ARV ≈ $80).
3rd Place: One (1) winner will receive a Dassari Vintage Leather Watch Pouch (ARV ≈ $35).
Prizes are non-transferable; no cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

ALL PRIZES, INCLUDING PRIZE WATCH, ARE PRE-OWNED AND AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS. SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Winner Selection
Potential winner(s) will be selected by a certified third-party independent service (Randomdraws.com) in a random drawing within two (2) business days after the Promotion Period ends. Odds depend on total valid entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, email, and/or DM and must respond within 48 hours. By entering and accepting a prize, each winner grants Melrose Watch Collective LLC permission to use their name and photograph for promotional purposes on social media and our website.
8. General Conditions
2nd and 3rd place prizes will be ordered and shipped directly to the winners after the drawing. Winners will have the opportunity to select preferred color/size (subject to availability) within 48 hours of notification. If the advertised prize is unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical issues occur. Entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.
9. Taxes & Liability
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Winner must complete IRS Form W-9 within 5 business days of notification. Failure to respond will forfeit prize. Prizes valued over $600 will be reported to the IRS as required by law.
Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with this giveaway, including but not limited to:
• Any incorrect or inaccurate information
• Technical failures or malfunctions
• Unauthorized human intervention
• Any damage to a participant’s computer or device
• Any injury or damage to persons or property
By participating, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
